Jonathan Majors’ Attorney Accuses NYPD Of Racism & ‘Coaching’ Actor’s Ex Into Giving Domestic Violence Report: ‘We Have Proof That This Is A Complete Lie’

Actor Jonathan Majors is continuing to fight his controversial assault charges.

According to Jonathan Majors’ lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, the six white officers responsible for the arrest of her client are guilty of racial profiling.

As previously reported, earlier this year, Jonathan Majors was taken into police custody after his ex-girlfriend, allegedly Grace Jabbari, accused him of attacking her in New York City.

Grace Jabbari, who reportedly alleged that the ‘Creed III’ star strangled and harassed her, was transported to a nearby hospital and provided medical attention for “minor injuries to her head and neck.” However, 33-year-old Majors has adamantly denied all claims.

On Tuesday (Jun. 20), the Hollywood heavy-hitter appeared at a Manhattan courtroom, with his rumored lover, actress Meagan Good, by his side for support.

In a letter to Judge Rachel S. Pauley, Attorney Priya Chaudhry wrote,

“Ms. Jabbari claims Mr. Majors assaulted her in a car in Chinatown around 12:00 a.m. on March 25, 2023, and during this incident, Mr. Majors broke her finger and lacerated her ear. We have proof that this is a complete lie.”

In the evidence, Majors’ legal representative, Chaudhry, expressed to the judge that it was “suggested” that Grace Jabbari’s “bruises” stemmed from a fall inside of Majors’ penthouse due to her being under the influence of alcohol and sleeping pills.

She also alluded that body-cam footage showed Jabbari repeatedly saying she “didn’t know” how she developed the wounds to paramedics and officials on the scene of the occurrence.

Additionally, Chaudhry recalled NYPD’s head cop “coaching Ms. Jabbari to accuse Mr. Majors of assault,” which she alluded was done under “racist” pretense.

The agent added in her statement:

“Even though Ms. Jabbari admitted to drinking to the point of throwing up, taking sleeping pills, and having no idea how she woke up in a closet with a cut on her head and [an] injured finger, the police jumped to the conclusion that Mr. Major (the young, tall, strong, rich, Black man) must have ‘done this’ to Ms. Jabbari.”

When asked about Majors’ current feelings about the public scrutiny that he’s received since the incident, Chaudhry explained that the California native is having a difficult time processing it all.

She detailed,

“He’s heartbroken. He’s watching his career dangle in the wind. He wants this to go to trial yesterday.”

Majors’ trial is scheduled for August 3.

Bill Cosby’s Rep Claims 9 Women Who Recently Sued The Comedian For Sexual Assault In Nevada Want Money & Attention: ‘We Will Not Continue To Allow These Women To Parade Various Accounts Against Mr. Cosby’

According to reports, 9 women have filed a new lawsuit against legendary actor/comedian Bill Cosby in Nevada.

On Wednesday (Jun. 14), said victims Janice Dickinson, Lise-Lotte Lublin, Janice Baker-Kinney, Lili Bernard, Heidi Thomas, Linda Kirkpatrick, Rebecca Cooper, Pam Joy Abeyta, and Angela Leslie accused Bill Cosby of taking advantage of his “enormous power, fame, and prestige” to sexually assault them.

The recently-opened proceedings have come less than a month after Nevada’s Governor Joe Lombardo approved SB129, an act eliminating the civil statute of limitations in sexual abuse cases that involve individuals over the age of 18.

Some of the female plaintiffs listed in the latest court documents have (previously) brought misconduct claims against Bill Cosby in other states.

Lise-Lotte Lublin alleged that, in 1989, Cosby drugged her and forced himself on her in a Las Vegas hotel after she and the ‘Cosby Show’ phenomenon met for acting improv. Janice Baker-Kinney recalled falling unconscious after Cosby supposedly offered her barbiturates and waking up naked inside the Philadelphia native’s home as he groped her in 1982.

Heidi Thomas said that–upon coming to Cosby for guidance in the film/TV industry (in 1984)–he also gave her an alcoholic substance to aid her in “loosening up.” Subsequently, she allegedly slipped into a comatose-like state and awakened to the illustrious entertainer inappropriately having his way with her.

The story was (seemingly) the same for Lili Bernard, who believes that Cosby spiked what he said was a “nonalcoholic” drink.

Additionally, Janice Dickinson, Linda Kirkpatrick, Rebecca Cooper, Pam Joy Abeyta, and Angela Leslie recounted meeting Cosby and being invited to one-on-one settings (on separate occasions) where Cosby (ultimately) provided them with beverages that physically and mentally impaired them before the alleged immoral offense took place.

In response to the ladies’ legal action, Cosby’s spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt, suggested that their motivation for the suit stemmed from “addiction to massive amounts of media attention and greed.”

He expressed in a statement,

“From this day forward, we will not continue to allow these women to parade various accounts against Mr. Cosby anymore without vetting them in the court of public opinion and inside of the courtroom.”

As you may know, the allegations are a few of multiple sexual assault claims brought against Cosby since the early 2000s. In 2018, he was found guilty on 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault and sentenced to up to 10 years in prison. However, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned the conviction due to violations of his due process rights, and he was released in 2021.

Cosby made headlines at the top of this month (yet again) when former Playboy model Victoria Valentino detailed being given pills by the now-85-year-old before he brutally raped her in 1969.

Just last year, Lili Bernard, along with 5 other women, slapped Cosby and NBC (the home studio for ‘The Cosby Show’) with a lawsuit under a similar premise.

Mo’Nique Says She’s Still Awaiting A Public Apology From Oprah Winfrey After Years-Long Feud w/ The Talk Show Host

Actress/comedienne Mo’Nique has been making amends with a lot of old friends. Well, except for Oprah Winfrey.

As previously reported, Mo’Nique and media icon Oprah Winfrey haven’t been on the best of terms for a while now, and it seems that nothing has changed.

If you didn’t know, the beef between Mo’Nique and Oprah Winfrey began brewing shortly after Mo’Nique’s estranged family appeared on an episode of ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show.’ Initially, Winfrey informed the ‘Precious’ star that her older brother, Gerald Imes, would be appearing on the show to confess that he’d molested his sister, Mo’Nique, as a child. The alleged sexual abuse commenced when Mo’Nique was only 7 and her brother was 13 and lasted for several years. Throughout Mo’Nique’s career, she has opened up about the sensitive matter publicly.

Upon Mo’Nique’s sibling reaching out to Winfrey for a spot on the daytime phenomenon, Winfrey also invited Mo’Nique but she declined. Despite her refusal to accompany her perpetrator on live television, Mo’Nique still decided to give Winfrey the green light on her brother’s visit.

But, when the special aired on April 19, 2010, Mo’Nique felt highly blindsided and betrayed to see her other brother, mother, and father were a part of the broadcast as well.

According to ‘The Reading’ lead, she wasn’t on speaking terms with her mother and knew that her relatives had only participated for monetary gain.

In a recent interview, she said,

“[Me and my mother] were not on good terms. We weren’t even speaking. Then I see the show and I can tell that my mother is trying to make a dollar. I know my family.”

Amid ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show,’ Mo’Nique’s brother, Stephen, also said the situation was being “blown out of proportion.”

Following the premiere, Mo’Nique reportedly attempted to reach out to Winfrey to address the situation but to no avail.

She detailed,

“I reached out to everybody I could to try to get to Oprah. No nothing. It just went dead.”

Due to Winfrey’s failure to return any of Mo’Nique’s calls, ‘The Parkers’ trouper eventually saw her at an event in honor of fellow actress Lupita Nyong’o after everything went down. Allegedly, Mo’Nique expressed her discontentment with her parents’ arrival on ‘The Opray Winfrey Show,’ but Winfrey maintained that Mo’Nique’s brother bombarded her by bringing them on set and offered an apology if she’d “done anything to offend” her.

Additionally, Mo’Nique’s past quarrel with filmmaker Lee Daniels (seemingly) spilled into the feud. During the promotional run for the 2009 Lee-Daniels-directed Blockbuster, ‘Precious,’ in which Mo’Nique starred, things went left after she opted not to attend the Cannes Film Festival. Apparently, Lionsgate’s reluctance to pay Mo’Nique for her time, paired with her decision to spend downtime with her loved ones, influenced her move.

Winfrey and Tyler Perry served on the producing committee. Mo’Nique later faulted Lee Daniels, along with Winfrey and Tyler Perry, for labeling her “difficult to work with,” contributing to her feeling “blackballed” in the industry.

Last year, Lee Daniels ultimately apologized to Mo’Nique for the part that he played by saying,

“I’m sorry for hurting you in any way that I did. [Mo’Nique] was my best friend. Y’all think that ‘Precious’ was just [me]… that was God working through both of us. And we gonna f*cking do it again. I love you. I love you. I love you.”

Mo’Nique has done a number of interviews elaborating on her “elephants in the room” with Tyler Perry and Winfrey, who she has relentlessly blamed for choosing to stay quiet throughout her injustice as a strong-minded, opinionated, Black woman in Hollywood.

When speaking of her choice to not “meet negative with negative” in a 2018 sit-down to promote ‘A Wrinkle In Time,’ Winfrey said to the interviewer,

“It’s a law that if you meet negative with negative you will just have a combustive negative force of energy.”

She added,

“You can’t meet negative energy where it is. You have to rise above it; you have to transcend it. You have to be the light. It only takes a little bit of light to banish the darkness. It takes a lot of darkness to overcome the light. It takes just a little bit of light and we are warriors of the light. I would never stoop to try to meet somebody where they are negatively. [I] don’t care who they are.”

Currently, Mo’Nique is said to be “demanding” and “expecting” apologies from both Winfrey and Tyler Perry.

Laurence Fishburne Indicates That ‘The Matrix 4’ Could’ve Been Better: It Wasn’t As Bad As I Thought It Would Be

Laurence Fishburne wasn’t caught up in The Matrix this time around, but that doesn’t mean that he didn’t still watch from afar.

While attending the premiere of his latest fantasy film, The School for Good and Evil, Laurence Fishburne gave his honest opinion on the newest installment of The Matrix collection, The Matrix Resurrections.

When asked about his thoughts on the sci-fi flick, which was released in December 2021, Laurence Fishburne smized and blatantly said,

“It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. And it wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be. But I thought Carrie-Anne [Moss] and Keanu [Reeves] really did their thing. Yeah, that’s what I thought.”

The 61-year-old’s Matrix run initially began in 1999, with the unveiling of the debut film, where he starred alongside Carrie-Anne Moss, Keanu Reeves, Hugo Weaving, and Joe Pantoliano.

Themed in dystopia, The Matrix chronicles a futuristic time of humanity’s imprisonment inside of a simulated reality. Accompanied by intelligent machines, computerized gadgets ultimately use the human body as an energy source.

Fishburne portrayed the role of Morpheus, a human freed from the Matrix and captain of Nebuchadnezzar, while Moss acted as Trinity, another emancipated individual and crew member of Nebuchadnezzar. Reeves’ character was Neo, a computer programmer who later became Trinity’s love interest. Moss and Reeves both reprised their roles in the 2021 Matrix volume, along with Lambert Wilson and Jada Pinkett Smith, who appeared in the latter Matrix films.

However, Fishburne’s participation seemingly ended in the trilogy, but he’s (somewhat) brought back to the Matrix world through artificial intelligence and reimaged by actor Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.

If you were wondering if the What’s Love Got to Do With It phenomenon missed the Matrix, he’s made it pretty clear that he doesn’t… even though he seems to still have love for everyone involved with the latest project.

After the question arose on if he had any feelings toward his absence from playing Morpheus, the three-time Emmy Award winner simply stated to the interviewer,

“No, not really.”

Produced, co-written, and directed by one of the creators of the uber-successful franchise, Lana Wachowski, The Matrix Resurrections serves as a follow-up to 2003’s The Matrix Revolutions and the fourth segment in the Matrix universe overall. The plot is set sixty years after Revolutions and centers on Neo, an everyday video game developer who’s struggling to distinguish fantasy from reality.

Although Laurence Fishburn was a no-show in The Matrix Resurrections, he’s been showing up on our TV screens for nearly five decades. The illustrious, Tony awardee is known for classics like Spike Lee’s School Daze, Boyz N the Hood, and Apocalypse Now, among others.

Lupita Nyong’o Reveals She Learned About Chadwick Boseman’s Passing Via A Text From Viola Davis + Shares How Losing The ‘Centerpiece’ Of ‘Black Panther’ Changed Everything: I Couldn’t Believe It, I Was Paralyzed

The death of Chadwick Boseman is one that fans, family, and friends are still deeply mourning.

In a recent interview, Lupita Nyong’o (who starred alongside Chadwick Boseman in the 2018 Marvel phenomenon Black Panther) opened up about her struggles to accept her co-star’s demise ahead of the release of the superhero film’s second installment, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

In the original debut, Lupita Nyong’o took on the memorable part of Nakia, T’Challa’s (Chadwick Boseman’s character) lover and an undercover spy for his great kingdom, Wakanda. The sequel, which is slated to hit theaters in November, will see Lupita Nyong’o reprising the starring role, but, of course, the forthcoming premiere has proven to be quite bittersweet for the 39-year-old.

If you didn’t know, in August 2020, Boseman suddenly succumbed to his bout with colon cancer. The tragic loss stunned millions of supporters and those closest to him as well, including Nyong’o, who has since recounted not knowing the extent of his illness.

When speaking on Boseman’s passing, the Kenyan-Mexican actress said that she actually learned about it through a text message from fellow actress Viola Davis.

Nyong’o recounted:

“I couldn’t believe it, I was paralyzed.

She later continued with,

“He had an aura. He was the leader, and we were all good with it.”

Nyong’o proceeded with the in-depth conversation by revealing that–during the making of Black Panther–there were instances when she and Boseman didn’t see eye-to-eye creatively, which previously perturbed her. One time, in particular, was his refusal to travel with her and Black Panther cast member Danai Gurira (Okoye) to South Africa to promote the film.

“There were moments when Chadwick said no to me, and I was not happy with him. I fought tooth and nail to change his mind, and he would ever so quietly be like, ‘I know, but no,’ with love. I felt it was important to have him on the continent, as an African American coming to South Africa. I thought that was a potent symbol, and he wouldn’t go.”

However, despite being upset at Boseman’s decision at the time, Nyong’o admitted that she now realizes it was suggestively due to his sickness prohibiting him from doing so.

“Now, I understand he was battling cancer and probably had medical reasons. I tried everything. I tried charm. I debated him on the political front, and he smiled, he sighed, and he was just like, ‘I know, Lupita. I can’t go.'”

No amount of anger could’ve ever taken away from what the 21 Bridges actor brought to Nyong’o’s life and others around him, though. The 12 Years a Slave leading lady referred to Boseman’s presence in hers as one that affected how she navigated within the world.

“He affected how I move in the world. But… that’s the thing about Chadwick; Chadwick wasn’t trying to have everyone be like him. What he inspired was you to be your best self. So, how I’m going to lead a set is nowhere near–I’m not that person. I’m not Chadwick at all; I’ll never be.”

But … Boseman’s talents not only impacted his loved ones; they also impacted the future of Black Panther. Nyong’o didn’t hold back when it came to detailing the difficulties she and the cast faced while embarking on the next chapter of the anticipated story, which was initially set around Boseman’s character’s evolution.

“Losing your centerpiece, everything changed. When you say the world rotated around him, it revolved around him, it did.”

Elsewhere in the one-on-one, Nyong’o applauded Marvel Studios’ direction of not replacing Boseman in the Black Panther plot.

“That is not the death of the Black Panther, that’s the whole point. It’s laying to rest [T’Challa] and allowing for real life to inform the story of the movies. I know that there are all sorts of reasons why people want him to be recast, but I don’t have the patience. I don’t have the presence of mind, or I don’t have the objectivity to argue with that. I don’t. I’m very biased.”

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is scheduled for release on November 11th. The continuation captures the leaders of Wakanda’s mission to protect their nation in the wake of T’Challa’s death. Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira), and are also set to return.

Chadwick Boseman is forever missed, and there will never be another T’Challa.

Recently, Sistas actress Crystal Renee Hayslett (who portrays the role of Fatima in the hit BET series) celebrated her birthday. In doing so, she received a special delivery from the boss of all bosses, Mr. Tyler Perry.

Following the unexpected package(s), Crystal Renee Hayslett took to her Instagram Story to share a flick of the wonderful surprise, which just so happened to be an array of new, high-end bags to add to her closet rack!

Along with the post, she excitedly wrote:

“It was the surprise delivery from @tylerperry for meeee!!! Love you so much! You being here last night meant the world!! These bags were the cherry on top!”

The other night (Oct. 19), Crystal Renee Hayslett seemingly kicked off her birthday festivities with a star-studded event, deemed The Crystal Ball, in Atlanta, Georgia. Tank and 2 Chainz were among the performing attendees. Pastor John Gray and Hayslett’s Sistas co-stars Devale Ellis (Zac), Trinity Whiteside (Preston), Anthony Dalton (Calvin), Chido Nwokocha (Gary), Brian Jordan Jr. (Maurice), and Mignon Von (Danni) also pulled up for the joyous occasion.

Of course, Tyler Perry was at the top of the VIP guest list! If you didn’t know, Hayslett formerly served as a staff member of Tyler Perry Studios’ Costume Department. She later became the personal designer and stylist for Perry and the fashion you’ve seen on his most-notable film/TV projects.

But… before style was her passion child, a love for acting lay at her core, and legendary filmmaker Perry was the one to grant her the biggest break of her career. Ultimately, Hayslett was offered an opportunity to appear as a supporting cast mate in Tyler Perry’s Sistas. Her character, Fatima, was such a fan favorite that she eventually worked her way into a leading lady.

Last month, Perry’s spin-off show, Zatima, premiered on BET+, which sees Hayslett’s character Fatima and her love interest, Zac (Ellis), navigating through the ups and downs of their newfound romance.

The Madea phenomenon grabbed the mic at Hayslett’s birthday party to briefly speak on Hayslett’s journey to Hollywood stardom.

Ray J & Kanye West Spotted In Photo Together At Candace Owens’ Anti-Black Lives Matter Documentary Screening

Ray J and Kanye West are (seemingly) letting bygones be bygones… including their ex in common, Kim Kardashian.

If you hadn’t heard, recently, Ray J and Kanye West were both among the attendees at political commentator Candace Owens’ official screening for her (anti) Black Lives Matter documentary, The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the Rise of BLM, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Upon enjoying the festivities of the critical night, guests gathered on the red carpet for photo ops, and Ray J and Kanye West didn’t hesitate to flick it up with Candace Owens, MMA phenomenon Colby Covington, and even another quick pose with famed musician Kid Rock.

In each of the images, the controversial men are seen in formal attire, with not much of an expression but cordial stances. An inside source reported that Candace Owens brought the two together to spite Kim Kardashian. Just the other day, Owens took to her podcast to expose a nasty, decade-old voicemail that Kim Kardashian sent to Ray J in regards to his then-rumored romance with singer Whitney Houston.

Many were shocked at West and the Raycon founder’s mutual sighting, seeing as though it was assumed that they were at odds on the account of their former partner, Ms. Kardashian.

Ray J and Kardashian were an item back in 2003. The pair’s leaked sex tape still serves as one of the most contentious of all time. West began dating Kardashian in 2012 and married in 2014. In February 2021, Kardashian filed for divorce due to “irreconcilable differences.” They share four children together.

Back in 2016, the “Donda 2” lyricist mentioned Ray J in his song “Highlights,” which was featured on his seventh album, The Life of Pablo.

West can be heard referencing Ray J’s 2013 track about his fling with Kardashian, “I Hit It First.”

“I bet me and Ray J would be friends if we ain’t love the same b*tch. Yeah, he might have hit it first, only problem is I’m rich.”

Earlier this year, Ray J accused West of lying about retrieving a version of his sex tape with Kardashian, West’s estranged wife. During an episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians, West is seen delivering a suitcase with a laptop that allegedly concealed the intimate footage.

According to the 45-year-old, he had just collected the video for Ray J, himself, the night before. It was later claimed by the SKKN CEO that the clips were of nothing explicit but instead outings that she and Ray J had back in the day. Ray J responded to the viral scene in the show by deeming it all a lie and saying that he “can’t let them do this anymore.”

Toward the beginning of this month, the “One Wish” crooner also reacted to Diddy’s remarks about West’s ‘white lives matter’ shirt. West, along with Candace Owens, sported the tee amid a Yeezy showcase in Paris, sparking a social outcry. Diddy was one of many to call the rapper out on defaming statements against the Black community.

Ray J wrote in his Instagram Stories:

“Yo Puff – I came to yo house and Told you a couple months ago I had some issues with certain [clowns] and ni**as was quiet – now all of a sudden.”

Although West and Ray J may be on okay terms, they’ve been very vocal about their disdain for the Kardashians. Lately, several claims have been made against Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, by the men.

Tyler Perry Says ‘I Don’t Want To Have Black People In Seats They Were Not Ready For’ While Talking About Diversity Concerns In Hollywood 

Tyler Perry is all for Hollywood expanding its inclusion, but his biggest hope is that those put in the position to represent will be equipped enough to do so.

While premiering his new film, A Jazzman’s Blues, which is set to hit Netflix on September 23, at the Toronto International Film Festival, Tyler Perry shared his views on the modern-day agenda for on-screen diversity.

Although ecstatic to see how the business is evolving for people of color, Tyler Perry couldn’t help but voice his concerns about how the extreme need for inclusivity could overshadow the proper training required for industry hopefuls.

“Let me be very careful on how I say this, be diplomatic. I’m extremely excited for what’s happened with diversity and the choices and opportunities that we’re seeing for black people for the first time, it is amazing. But I worry because there is such a push for diversity and push for hiring people of color that I found situations that there are people being pushed into seats they’re not ready for.”

The 52-year-old continued by weighing in on his own protocols at Tyler Perry Studios.

“At Tyler Perry Studios, we train so many people, we’ve brought people in and they do an amazing job, but as soon as people are trained and they know the job, they’re snatched up to go to some bigger production, which is fine because if you want to find people who know their job, if they can make it at my studio they can make it anywhere.”

Perry then went on to further express the importance of creatives being given the right tools to hone their craft in order to reach their fullest potential.

“What I don’t want to have is black people in seats that we weren’t ready for, and then have people that are not black that were moved out of seats. If we didn’t get qualifications, the teaching, or the education to get there, then how are we given the seats so quickly? It’s my hope that in all of this change and this push for there to be more inclusion, we’re also providing time and training to make sure we can do a great job.”

If you’ve been following Perry’s career for quite some time, then you’d know that most of his work caters to the Black audience. However, he’s never silenced himself in regard to the issues that have arisen within the community. During an episode of Kevin Hart’s Peacock show, Hart to Heart, the Madea phenomenon suggested that the urban public could’ve possibly played a part in Whitney Houston’s downfall.

“When I think about somebody who I love dearly is Whitney [Houston], I did all I could to try and help her, man. Whitney Houston. She—I believe she still would have been alive today had we not tried to make her into something she wasn’t.”

The filmmaker added to that by referencing her 1989 Soul Train Awards appearance, where she was booed by audience members:

“Her being booed at the Soul Train Awards was one of the worst things that could have happened to her in her life. People saying she’s ‘white’ or she’s this or she’s that, made her want to show… she came to this industry very young, but it made her want to show that she was something different.”

Deemed one of the greatest female singers of all time, Whitney Houston passed away on February 11, 2012, in Beverly Hills, California. Her cause of death was later labeled as an accidental drowning that stemmed from heart disease and cocaine usage.

Monique Says She Was Joking When She Called D.L. Hughley “Down Low”, Claims He Previously Called Her Psychotic & Mentally Ill [VIDEO]

Comedian and actress, Mo’Nique took to Instagram Live to get the story straight on her issues with fellow comedian D.L. Hughley. The two comic legends began going back and forth on social media after Mo’Nique ranted about issues with her contract at 105.9 KISS-FM’s “Comedy Explosion” show on Saturday, May 28 in Detroit, MI. Mo’Nique told the audience that D.L. did not want to open for her and that he had an issue sharing the headlining slot with her.

Mo’Nique, who was joined by her husband, Sidney Hicks, began the live stream by saying the show In Detroit was very ‘eventful,’ and said that the viral video of her on stage speaking “very openly and candidly” was intentional. She said:

“Let me be clear: It was intentional. It was intentional. The contract situation and the headliner situation, that was just the icing on the cake for D.L. Hughley and I.”

Mo’Nique then goes into a story about a past appearance on D.L. Hughley‘s radio show that rubbed her the wrong way. She mentions that this instance was a realization of “when you think you’re cool with somebody and you’re not.”

“I go on to do the interview, and I’m getting interviewed by this sister Jasmine – and we’re having a great time doing this interview. Well when get to the end of this interview, this sister Jasmine says ‘Hey Mo’Nique, would you like to play a game?’ And I said, ‘Okay sis, let’s play the game.’ She said the game is called ‘Would You Rather,’ so I said ‘okay I’m down for it.’ And then this sister says to me: ‘Would you rather your husband sleep with Lee Daniels, with a condom, or Karrine Stefans, without one?”

Mo’Nique and her husband, Sidney, ask viewers if the comment was ‘insulting’ or ‘going too far.’ Sidney adds:

“And when you’re Pro-Black, or portray yourself as a Pro-Black man, how is that helpful to the community to ask? Because anyway Mo’Nique speaks on it, what happens? You’re downgrading the other person. And despite the fact that Mo’Nique and Lee were having a rift at the time, she refused to say anything negatively against him in that regard. She wasn’t gone play that.”

Monique says that D.L. Hughley was not at his show that day, so she called him up to tell him about the game, to which he responded

“that’s just how we do, that’s just what it is.”

She recommended to him on the phone to not air that, and she says it never did.

Monique continued on, saying she has listened to D.L. make various comments about her (and other celebrities like Kanye West) through the years, including comments saying she was “mentally ill,” “psychotic,” and that she and her husband do bad business.

“I watched that brother sit down with that white cat, Vlad, and tell this white man all that I wasn’t as the white man told him all that me and my husband wasn’t. I watched D.L. go in.”

She also clarified that her comment about D.L. Hugley being on the “down low” was a joke and that he got “tender.”

This is all seemingly in response to comments D.L. Hughley made on his radio show about the events over the weekend.

D.L. recapped everything by first, stating he only decided to work with her after consulting multiple people. Ultimately, he says he regrets that decision, stating:

“Saying yes to Mo’Nique is an occupational hazard.”

He said that Mo’Nique was late, and she went on stage to ‘eviscerate’ him.

“Not just me, [talked about] Steve Harvey, my wife, my dog later on – let me ask you something. What did any of that have to do with your contract?”

D.L. went on to say that working with her was a “quintessential mistake.”

“It is my fault. I have learned my lesson. And the thing that bothers me the most is that after a terrible couple of weeks, with people being slain in Buffalo and kids getting slain in school – people had come to a comedy show to get away from all their problems, you beseize them with yours.”

In January, Nick Cannon announced model, Bre Tiesi, 31, was pregnant with his eighth child. Nick Cannon shares eight children with five different women; twins Moroccan and Monroe, 10, with Mariah Carey, twins Zion and Zillion, 10 months, with Abby De La Rosa, two children Golden, 5, and Powerful, 16 months, with Brittany Bell, and Zen, with Alyssa Scott who passed shortly after birth.

In a recent interview, Bre Tiesi discussed how excited she was to tell Nick Cannon she was pregnant:

“Nick and I have been talking about going down this road for a long time and when were finally ready, we were trying. There was no, ‘Oops, i got pregnant.”

Tiesi also discussed the couple not caring about titles in their relationship:

“I have a beautiful relationship. We’re very open, we’re very honest, we’re very supportive. All of my needs are met, and I’m very happy in our situation.”

The model adds the couple has decided to have their child at home:

“He’s like, “If that’s what you want to do, great. I’ll be there,” This should be interesting. It’ll be very intimate and private, which we are very happy about.”

After announcing Tiesi being pregnant with the world, Nick Cannon, 41, announced that he’s seriously practicing celibacy:

“This is not a joke. Everybody thinks this is a joke, everybody thinks this is something from like me and Kevin Hart’s show that’s coming back “The Real Husbands of Hollywood.” I’m actually looking to better myself. Last week I got the chance to talk to ..Deprock chopra… about it, this week I’m a be talking to some therapists and it’s really just to be at one to be aligned you know I’m a real spiritual person and everyone from my pastor to my therapist said “Nick slow down” and because I want to focus on the show and be the best that I can possibly be I’m kind of getting rid of you know unnecessary frequencies in my life.”

Tiesi explained that the backlash she gets from mothering Nick Cannon’s child doesn’t phase her:

“You can kind of say whatever, and I don’t care. I don’t take those things to heart at all. I would hope that people are mature enough to not be so nasty to a child or an unborn child, but people are who they are. I’ve kind of just accepted that.”

Tiesi is patiently waiting for their baby boy to arrive and until then she’s going to continue to dance on TikTok.
