Kim Kardashian Says Ex-Husband Kanye West ‘Maybe Was Right’ While Explaining Deleted Video Of Daughter North Rapping Ice Spice Lyrics: ‘It’s Always A Compromise’

Reality star Kim Kardashian seems to be giving her ex some props, sort of.

During a recent interview, the billionaire socialite admitted that her controversial ex-husband Kanye West “maybe” was right when it comes to the relationship their daughter has with social media.

In case you’re unfamiliar, back in 2020, Grammy Award-winning musician Kanye West, 45, went on an internet tirade against his then-estranged wife Kim Kardashian, 42, urging her to keep their daughter off of Tik Tok. At the time, the eldest of the West children, North, was barely 8 years old. The SKIMS owner was adamant, however, about letting their daughter express her creative side on the social platform, despite her father’s concerns. West and Kardashian were also going through a very nasty public divorce (just for context).

While Kim seems to have felt strongly about the matter back then, allowing North to almost immediately reactive her account, it seems these days she’s more cautious about what the now 10-year-old is allowed to post.

Kardashian explained during her latest interview that after she heard the lyrics her daughter was rapping, she knew the video was a bit too much. Speaking about North’s infamous video where she dressed as rising rap star Ice Spice mouthing her lyrics, Kardashian stated:

“I think it’s always tough when you’re co-parenting and someone wants something and someone doesn’t…The Ice Spice videos she said ‘Mommy can I post this?’ I was out of town and my nanny was there and I allowed it. And then as soon as I saw the words and everything, I was like, ‘Oh no no, we’re taking this down,'”

Adding:

“Then I saw on the internet, [people saying] ‘Kanye was right,’ and maybe he was in that instance…But in the creative side where she loves making slime videos and doing her little hair tutorials, I will fight for her to be creative in those ways.” ”

West and Kardashian have certainly had their fair share of co-parenting disputes since splitting back in 2021. In one instance, the Donda artist accused Kim and her famous family of “kidnapping” their youngest daughter Chicago. According to West, the family hosted a birthday party for the celebrity kid and everyone refused to give the Yeezy founder the party location.

Eventually, rapper Travis Scott – a frequent West collaborator and father to both of Kylie Jenner’s children, gave him the address. Unfortunately, the moment came after West had unleashed on the entire Kardashian clan online.

Kim has also spoken publicly several times about the difficulties of co-parenting with West. In addition to their daughters, the entertainers share two other children, sons Saint and Psalm West. During one interview the reality star broke down in tears explaining it was “really f***ing hard.”

However, things have been mostly quiet between the former power couple, as far as the media is concerned. Finishing off her conversation in the recent interview, Kim made it clear that no matter what she and West are going through, the children’s well-being will always be the priority, stating:

“It’s always a compromise no one’s always gonna agree and you just have to do the best you can as a parent to try and protect your kids but also let them be creative.”

Alexis Skyy is getting candid about what led her to her spiritual journey.

During a recent interview with Mind Blowing Magazine, the reality star revealed how her time in a recovery house after getting surgery changed her life and put her on a path of discovery.

Alexis Skyy explains that she was in Columbia having a cosmetic surgical procedure and was in a recovery house when her journey began.

“I felt like I was going crazy. I was at a recovery house because my blood levels kept going up and down so I knew that was God telling me not to get the surgery. But I was just being hard headed, but there were so many complications going on. At that very moment, I was feeling sick, I was going through the surgery and [God] was just there, he came to me. “

Alexis Skyy says she was told that she couldn’t go home after the surgery and had to remain at the recovery house longer than she expected. It was during her extended stay that she had an interaction with God that changed her life.

“I’m like why did I do this? At that point God was there with me, it was just me and God. He was talking to me, ‘You’re about to redirect your whole life.’ He was downloading everything that he wanted me to get rid of, even the people that I needed to get rid of.”

While this would be a difficult task for Alexis, she knew it was in her best interest.

“It hurt because some of the people I didn’t want to get rid of I had to because they were leading me into destruction. I came back from Columbia a new person, people kinda didn’t even recognize me. “

Alexis has spoken candidly about the changes she is making in her life and the transformation she has gone through. Last month, she addressed naysayers who were questioning her spiritual journey.

She explained,

“My journey was about me overcoming depression. I quit drinking hard liquor and I am finding myself. Everyday I am getting closer to God. My relationship with God is getting stronger; I am so grateful. I am not looking for anyone’s approval for my personal relationship with God. “

NeNe Leakes Reacts To Bravo Removing Her From ‘RHOA’ Flashback Scene: ‘It’s Really Just A Shame People Can Do These Things & Get Away w/ It’

Is Bravo trying to erase NeNe Leakes from ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ history books?

The “Housewives” franchise is known for adding in a flashback moment here and there to help keep viewers up to date on all the drama. The throwback footage is usually appreciated by many, as it can be hard to remember everything that has happened over the years in the reality stars’ lives. However, the latest “RHOA” flashback clip used Sunday night (Jun. 11) has viewers calling Bravo “petty” and “nasty.”

During the episode, Bravo had a segment that mixed in an intro scene from the 2011 season. That year the main cast included Cynthia Bailey, Kim Zolciak, Kandi Burruss, Shereé Whitfield, Phaedra Parks, and NeNe Leakes. However, despite being a peach holder for season 4, NeNe Leakes was removed from the flashback clip.

NeNe Leakes was on “RHOA” from season one, which aired in 2008, until season 12, which aired in 2019. As of now, it’s unclear why Bravo made the decision to exclude NeNe from the throwback footage, but it may have something to do with her accusations against the network and Andy Cohen. Last August the “Glee” actress dropped her lawsuit against Bravo producers and Andy Cohen where she accused the parties of ignoring years of alleged racist remarks she endured from former co-star Kim Zolciak, who is white. She also previously claimed Andy Cohen “sabotaged” negotiations surrounding her (potential) Sirius XM radio show.

But it seems that viewers don’t care about the lawsuit drama and it didn’t take long for them to call out Bravo for the questionable editing choice. One Twitter user wrote,

“Petty and nasty! Andy and Bravo, no amount of editing could erase Nene’s contributions and legacy. You could never erase Nene from our memories either; she built #RHOA Lawsuit or not, this was unnecessary.”

Another said,

“Nene didn’t just put RHOA on the map, she put Real Housewives and Bravo on the map. They owe her everything. Trying to erase her legacy is petty, embarrassing and kinda solidifies her allegations of bullying.”

NeNe has since reacted to the edited footage and being a trending topic on Twitter. This morning (Jun. 12) she thanked her fans for their unwavering support and seemingly called out Bravo. She wrote,

“Thank you tweetie pies for all of your DM’s and comments! I see everything you are sending to me!

It’s really just a shame people can do these things and get away wit it. If only you really knew! If only you knew”

Kandi Burruss’ Mother, Mama Joyce, Agrees To Family Therapy After Being Confronted For Consistently Bashing The ‘RHOA’ Star’s Husband, Todd Tucker

It appears Kandi Burruss and her family are taking a step in the right direction.

During the latest episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Kandi Burruss’ mother, Mama Joyce, agreed to attend family therapy sessions. The revelation came about during a conversation discussing Kandi Burruss’ husband, Todd Tucker, whom the reality TV mother has (seemingly) always had an issue with.

During their chat, Kandi Burruss asked her mother to stop throwing jabs at Todd Tucker, noting that the remarks were “getting out of hand.”

As you may already know, Kandi, 47, married Todd Tucker, 49, in April of 2014. The couple are parents to four children in total and share two together. Since tying the knot, Mama Joyce has voiced on numerous occasions how much she is against the union. During an interview with Andy Cohen at BravoCon 2022, Mama Joyce struggled to compliment her son-in-law when asked to say something nice about him and noted that the businessman is “still short.”

Over the years, Kandi has tried to bridge the gap between her mother and husband. The “Understanding” singer expressed in a confessional interview during the latest “RHOA” episode,

“I need my mother to understand how much Todd means to me, that this marriage is solid and, like, leave it alone.”

At one point during their conversation, Mama Joyce criticized Todd for visiting strip clubs. However, Kandi was seemingly unbothered by her mother’s critique. She fired back,

“We go to strip clubs together! I am not threatened by a stripper at the strip club.”

“I think you just gotta accept that I like who I like. You and I just think different.” 

In an attempt to get everyone on the same page, the Xscape singer/song-writer suggested going to counseling, to which Mama Joyce responded,

‘Shark Tank’ Investor Daymond John Requests Restraining Order Against Former Show Contestants Who Accused The Entrepreneur Of Cutting Them Out Of Profits & Trying To ‘Seize’ Their Business

Not all business deals go smoothly.

Al “Bubba” Baker, owner of Bubba Q’s Boneless Baby Back Ribs, learned this the hard way after his partnership with “Shark Tank” investor Daymond John lead to a restraining order.

According to reports, the situation escalated following a recent profile interview of Baker, alongside his wife Sabrina, and daughter Brittani. The family reportedly made serious accusations against Daymond John, claiming he has been leaving Baker out of key business meetings and alleging they’ve only seen 4% of the publicly stated $16 million revenue the business has done since they struck their deal on “Shark Tank” back in 2013. The family has also shared a series of photos and video’s online to support their claims.

In response, Daymond John’s legal team subsequently submitted a request to have a restraining order in place against the family. A rep for the 54-year-old media personality reportedly stated about the legal document:

“After repeated attempts to give the Baker’s the ability to correct their violations. It is unfortunate that it has come to this,”

Adding:

“This temporary restraining order is due to the Baker’s blatant actions to undermine a business partnership and the legal parameters they agreed to 4 years ago. Their belief that they can unwind poor business decisions through slanderous social media posts and articles will no longer be tolerated.”

Getting what most entrepreneurs desire from the ABC series, Baker reportedly agreed to John’s offer on TV to receive $300,000 in change for 30% ownership in the company, which the family claims was adjusted to $100,000 for 35% off the air. It’s noted that the Bakers also have expressed concern over the businesses manufacturing partner Rastelli Foods Group. Reportedly, a case regarding the situation has already been dismissed by a federal judge in New Jersey without prejudice. It’s additionally noted that Rastelli has also begun the process of seeking a restraining order against the Bakers.

John briefly spoke about the ordeal via Tik Tok recently, calling the Bakers’ interview “flawed” and a “false narrative. Reportedly, he subsequently sent a cease and desist to the family to prevent them from,

“making publicly disparaging or defamatory remarks against [Daymond John], and further, cease publicly revealing Confidential Information,”

Reportedly, the Bakers also sent a letter to a court judge, accusing John and Rastelli of causing:

“irreparable harm, particularly as the time on our patent is running out,”

Adding;

“Sharing our experience on social media is an honest and truthful account of our journey…We firmly believe that the truth is in the best interest of the public.”

At this time, a restraining has not yet been granted against the Bakers.

It looks like Kim Kardashian has reached her breaking point with her ex-husband Kanye West.

On the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian cried to her mom Kris Jenner about her ex’s antics. You may recall that last year Kanye West made many disparaging remarks against her family and loved ones. The rapper was also in the hot seat for his antisemitic rants.

Kim told her mom,

“I’m stuck with this for the rest of my life, and I’m just so overwhelmed. That’s the tragic part of the whole story.”

Through tears, Kim shared in her confessional,

“I still feel the need to not talk about it and protect it from my kids and I always will feel that way, but God, if people knew … I just would never do that to my kids. It just is really crazy.”

She added,

“It’s the hardest feeling to watch someone you really loved and you have a family with just be so different than who you knew.”

In the conversation with her mom, Kim Kardashian said Kanye West might need to hit “rock bottom” in order to see the error of his ways.

She explained,

“Sometimes I feel like if he were to hit rock bottom, that’s his journey that he needs to figure out on his own. I used to run around and call everyone behind his back, and be like, ‘It’s gonna be OK, it’s gonna be OK, don’t worry. Just give him another chance.’ I used to spend hours and hours and hours of my day to be the clean-up crew. I just don’t have that energy.”

Kim and Kanye tied the knot in 2014 and divorced in 2021. As mentioned above, since their split, the controversial rapper has made several harsh comments about his ex-wife and her family. He also targeted Kim Kardashian’s former relationship with Pete Davidson. Kim and Pete Davidson began dating in October 2021 and reportedly broke up in August 2022.

In last week’s episode of The Kardashians, Kim spoke about Kanye and how his questionable behavior may affect their children one day. According to Kim, Kanye’s wrongdoings will have more of a negative impact on their children than her infamous sex tape ever will.

She said,

“All of his shenanigans is gonna be far more damaging to the kids one day than my tape will ever be and I have to sit here and not say anything, ever, because I know one day my kids will appreciate that. And I know that is the best thing for them.”

Peter Thomas Blasted By Former Bar One Miami Employee Who Claims His Establishment Owes Her $1400 In Unpaid Wages

Peter Thomas is in the hot seat and is being called out by his former employee for unpaid wages.

A woman by the name of Candi recently took to social media claiming that she is owed $1400 by Peter Thomas‘ Bar One in Miami. On Tuesday (May 30) Candi uploaded a video sharing her frustrations to TikTok. In the footage, she appears to be at the Bar One establishment in Miami as she attempts to finally get paid. However, the clip shows another woman, who is seemingly the general manager, walking away quickly once Candi starts to record.

From behind the camera, Candi says,

“They don’t want to pay me my money. They owe me $1400, they don’t wanna pay me.”

The camera then shows several receipts that Candi has, seemingly proving that she is, in fact, owed money.

She continues,

“I’m sitting here until the police come. They owe me $1400…They don’t wanna pay me my money. Peter, you’re a f**ing scammer. You owe motherf***ers money. Your checks bounce and you don’t wanna pay people their money. Give me my bread today.”

Candi later uploaded another video providing an update on the matter. The former Bar One employee says that she contacted the Department of Labor and there is already an open investigation going on with the establishment. Apparently, there are others who also claim they are owed money by the former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ star and his various companies.

According to Candi,

“There are dozens of former employees, maybe even people who still work for the company that have not been compensated…If y’all ever worked for Bar One whether it be in Baltimore, Miami, any of his old companies and y’all was not compensated, please send me a message because the quicker we can get everybody together and the quicker we can get evidence, the quicker we can get our money.”

This isn’t the first time Peter Thomas has had financial issues or been accused of owing money. Last year, the reality star was accused of owing $450k in back taxes for an Atlanta restaurant that shut down in 2010.

The restaurant was called Uptown Restaurant & Lounge and while it was running, Peter allegedly failed to make a total of 10 payments. Apparently, the missed payments were able to fly under the IRS’ radar–until now.

When the eatery officially closed its doors, Peter blamed The Great Recession, which began in 2007 and ended in 2009. Peter was accused of not paying his taxes from December 2008 to December 2009.

In 2019, theJasmineBRAND exclusively reported that Peter was forced to close his Charlotte bar over a tax lien. He allegedly racked up more than $200,000 in unpaid taxes. The sports bar–called Sports One Charlotte–was said to return without Peter. According to a source, the bar fell off the map due to Peter’s inability to juggle his finances for multiple projects.

If that isn’t enough, his ex-wife, RHOA alum Cynthia Bailey, sued him for an unpaid loan in 2020. They have since made a private settlement.

Cynthia and Peter wed in 2010, the same year they began starring in The Real Housewives of Atlanta. They divorced in 2017.

Garcelle Beauvais Sued For Posting Paparazzi Images Of Herself Online, Photographer Claims She’s ‘In Violation Of The US Copyright Laws’

Another Bravo star is facing an infringement lawsuit.

According to a recent report from RadarOnline, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Garcelle Beauvais was hit with a federal lawsuit recently after allegedly posting copyrighted photos to her social media.

In the lawsuit, photographer John Carta is reportedly accusing the reality star of using images he took of her in New York City without his authorization or payment to promote her business. Carta claims in the suit that he sells the images, like the ones he took of Garcelle Beauvais back in May 2020, the third parties to collect an income. The photos, according to him, pictured the TV personality:

“With her hand out, carrying a handbag, and dressed in denim shorts and a black satin-like blouse.”

Reportedly, the photo professional says that he subsequently had the images copyrighted, which requires Beauvais to pay for the photos if she’s to use them. His legal team reportedly wrote in the legal document:

“[Garcelle], without permission or authorization from [John], actively copied and/or displayed [John’s] photographs on the Account and engaged in this misconduct knowingly and in violation of the United States copyright laws.”

According to Carta, when Beauvais posted the photos to her Facebook and Instagram his copyrights were violated and the action caused him financial harm. He argues that his plans to profit from his work were disrupted, as the TV host freely shared his work.

Additionally, Carta highlighted the effort he put into creating the images. Including the selection of subject matter, timing, lighting, angle, perspective, and camera equipment. He further asserted that Beauvais’ unauthorized use of the photos contributed to her own brand and reputation while depriving him of the opportunity to sell the images as intended.

Carta is reportedly seeking an undisclosed amount in damages for the infringement and a restraining order to prevent further unauthorized use of his work.

Beauvais‘ former “RHOBH” co-star, Lisa Rinna, recently settled a similar lawsuit before it went to trial. This seemingly suggests that these copyright disputes may not be uncommon in the world of “Real Housewives.” It does not seem that Beauvais has spoken publicly about the suit at this time.

‘Basketball Wives’ Star Brittish Williams Speaks Out After Pleading Guilty To 15 Felony Fraud Charges: ‘I Am Not Ashamed’

Reality TV personality Brittish Williams has entered a plea in her wire fraud trial.

According to a report from LoveBScott, the “Basketball Wives” alum pleaded guilty to 15 felonies after being arrested for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars in government money.

As we reported last month, Brittish Williams had been negotiating with prosecutors for a while. At the time, the 33-year-old reportedly requested that her trial be postponed in order to finalize a deal with the prosecution. It seems both parties were able to come to an amicable resolution recently. It’s reported the reality star has pleaded guilty to fraud, admitting to stealing around $446,000.

Reportedly, British Williams was charged with five counts of misuse of a Social Security number, four counts of bank fraud, three counts of making false statements to the IRS, and three counts of wire fraud. Williams reportedly admitted to under-reporting on her tax returns and illegally claiming her niece and nephew as dependents. It’s noted in the report, that she was able to avoid over $29,000 in taxes from 2017 – 2019 due to misleading the IRS.

Additionally, the report stated that the VH1 star:

“Submitted nine applications for disaster loans (aimed at helping businesses during the pandemic), four applications for the Paycheck Protection Program, and one application for a rent relief program in California.”

Adding:

“Williams got $27,800 in rent relief after falsely claiming she was a California resident with a total household income of less than $50,000 and had reduced work hours. Her work hours were not reduced because of the pandemic, the plea says. Also, her rent was reimbursed by the network that produces “Basketball Wives,” a TV show that she was featured on.”

On top of that, Williams also reportedly submitted more than $139,000 in fake medical bills to an insurance company. A sentencing date has reportedly been scheduled for August 23rd.  Hours after the news began to spread, Brittish took to Instagram seemingly addressing her latest court update. She wrote on her story:

“Anything I’ve went through that a normal person would go through privately I went through publicly. I hope my story, journey and my growth can help someone going through something similar or stops the next person from doing anything that could possibly have them in the same situation as me,”

“I am not ashamed…I am proud of the woman and mother I am TODAY. Everything I’ve been through I needed to go through,”

Williams reportedly faces up to 30 years in prison for bank fraud, 20 years for the wire fraud, and “up to five years each for the five charges of misusing a Social Security number,” as well as up to $3.25 million in fines.

Khloé Kardashian Admits She Felt ‘Less Connected’ To Her Son Due To Surrogacy Process: ‘I Felt Really Guilty That This Woman Just Had My Baby’

After months of staying quiet, Khloé Kardashian has finally revealed her son’s name and opened up about the surrogacy process.

Good American founder Khloé Kardashian shares her two children with ex-boyfriend, NBA player Tristan Thompson, 31. It’s no secret that the former love birds have had their ups and downs. However, they currently seem to be in a good place and co-parenting well. They welcomed their daughter, 5-year-old True Thompson, in 2018. And their second child, a baby boy, was born via surrogacy 9-months ago.

Despite revealing True’s name to the public fairly quickly, Khloé Kardashian, 38, and her ex have been very secretive over their son’s name…until now. During ‘The Kardashians’ season 3 premiere, she finally shared that the adorable baby boy’s name is Tatum! 

She also alluded that she spent a lot of time and energy thinking of a name for her son and said, 

“Naming a human is really hard.”

Later in the episode, Khloé Kardashian touched on the differences between birthing her daughter herself and having a surrogate carry her youngest child. While chatting with Scott Disick she revealed, 

“But a surrogate process — Kim [Kardashian] knows — is very hard for me…It’s a mindf*ck. It is really the weirdest thing.” 

She continued,

“[I do feel less connected]. People do say it takes a minute to feel connected but Kim said hers was easy. This is not easy.”

The mother-of-2 elaborated further and said, 

“I definitely buried my head in the sand during that pregnancy that I didn’t digest what was happening. So I think when I went to the hospital that was the first time it really registered. It has nothing to do with the baby.”

She then said, 

“I definitely was in a state of shock from my entire experience in general. I felt really guilty that this woman just had my baby and I take the baby and go to another room and you are separated,” 

she concluded,

“It felt like such a transactional experience because it is not about him. I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. But it doesn’t mean it is bad or good. It is just very different.”
